BENNINGTON IN THE COMMUNITY
Bennington is committed to supporting our community and our team is proud to contribute to organizations and charities that are focused on making the communities we live in better places to be.
A key focus at Bennington is to support organizations across Canada that work to combat food insecurity amongst school age children.
Bennington’s team members proudly participate in events that support Food 4 Kids Halton in Ontario, Backpack Buddies in British Columbia, Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids in Alberta, and Regina Food for Learning in Saskatchewan. Lunch packs, food drives, fundraising activity and sponsorships are just some of the many ways our team supports these incredible organizations.
Bennington team members come together to better the communities we live in another way through our regular tree planting events which are held multiples time throughout the year. Collaborating with organizations such as Credit Valley Conservation and Conservation Halton, Bennington team members plant on average over 350 trees per year.
Bennington team members are also given the opportunity to contribute time to causes or charities that are particularly important to them with the use of volunteer days. These days allow our team to spend time helping in soup kitchens, at humane societies, on farms and with various other organizations that work tirelessly to help our community.
